You will:

- Explore the benefits of teamwork, leadership development and creating a powerful community linked to businesses, corporations, charities and government departments around the world - all striving to fight our Global Overweight Crisis (GOC)
Here's what you need to do:
1. Nominate a WHC Co-Ordinator. This person will be co-ordinating the event overall and communicating directly to the boss of the WHC

2. Download the following forms:
* How to set up your Workplace Health Challenge (checklist)
* WHC Group Registration Table (use this to keep a track of staff signing up)
* WHC Team Entry Registration
3. Get the staff to complete the Team Entry Registration form (5 members per team)
4. Send emails to all staff highlighting the event - health, fitness and weight loss mission - key benefits etc (if you need a brochure let us know
5. Get each department (i.e. sales, management, floor etc) to form their own team - this is crucial!
6. Nominate a WHC Team Leader from each team (they are responsible for team results and actions)
7. Complete all registration forms (as listed above). Send through to the WHC team.
8. WHC will send you a link or file containing the latest version of the WHC book inlcuding Entry Kit and other supporting information.
9. Just simply print out required number of books. Bind them i.e. insert into a 4 ring folder or other.
10. Distribute to your team members. Note: Ensure the physically sign for the book. Dont forget to visit the website and download free posters that you can post up at home or at work to keep you inspired and motivated.
11. Make sure they have supplied their email address both work and private (just in case they move jobs). The WHC team send a weekly motivational email with instructions early in every week.
12. Now take action and print out this message and start the ball rolling before its too late.
