Things to remember before you start your WHC Challenge
- Make an appointment with your local doctor / health care professional for a regular health check up. Have your blood pressure and cholesterol levels checked.
- Take your 'before' photos. Have these ready for insertion into your WHC book
- Use a tape measure and record your waist level and other body parts i.e. arms, legs, thighs etc
- Eliminate all negative people and obstacles before you start
- Write down your goals (think big). Create weekly, monthly and challenge goals. For example, how much weight you aim to lose, what training program to follow
- Write down your dreams (think bigger)
- Tell people around you that you’re doing this program, to help keep you on track and motivated
- Suggest that maybe they should give it a go too
- Go through and throw out any temptations from your fridge and cupboards
- Read through your WHC program book at least once before you apply your practices
- Give the friendly WHC team a call for some extra guidance and motivation
- Check the WHC website for tips, recipes and success stories to make your journey easier and more enjoyable
- Remember who you are doing this for (yourself, partner, kids)
- STAY POSITIVE AND REMEMBER DON’T QUIT!!!
May the scales be with you!!!
